You can get to the hotel By car using:

• the tunnel – available from July 2023 (length approximately 1,500 m, single-lane in each direction, sectional speed measurement), free passage
• the City Crossing – Bielik Ferries – the crossing is located in the city center near the Ottaviano hotel★★★. Current information, timetable here
  (Karsibór Ferries – the crossing is available only for vehicles with hazardous materials, oversized vehicles on 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
• excluding ferry crossings and the tunnel – through Germany

BELOW ARE PRESENTED DIRECTIONS THROUGH THE TUNNEL, CITY FERRY CROSSING, ACCESS THROUGH GERMANY AND INFORMATION ABOUT THE HOTEL PARKING:

Road tunnel under the bottom of the Świna River in Świnoujście, connecting the islands of Uznam and Wolin and the center of Świnoujście with the rest of the country. The tunnel opened on 30.06.2023. The tunnel is 1,483.8 m long and has an external diameter of 13.46 m. It has one lane in each direction. Driving through the tunnel is free.

Leaving the tunnel:

Option 1 (closer):

• Turn right into Kontradmirała Włodzimierza Steyera Street, which turns into Ignacy Daszyńskiego Street, which turns into Wybrzeże Władysława IV Street
• Continue along Daszyńskiego Street – the street turns into Wybrzeże Wladyslawa IV
• Keep in the left lane, then turn left (before the taxi stop- parking lot) – follow the “Ottaviano” arrow on the street lamp.
• Then left again (as ordered)
• Near the Pharmacy, turn right despite the ban (does not apply to hotel guests) – into Monte Cassino Street
• The hotel is on the right side of Monte Cassino street, large neon sign. We will provide information about the hotel parking lot at the reception.

Option 2:

• After leaving the tunnel, continue straight to the Shell petrol station (approx. 2.4 km)
• At the Shell station, turn right.
• Drive straight on Grunwaldzka Street through two traffic lights
• Then, after the traffic lights, turn right into Steyera Street, which turns into Daszyńskiego Street
• Continue along Daszyńskiego Street – the street turns into Wybrzeże Wladyslawa IV
• Keep in the left lane, then turn left (before the taxi stop, parking lot) – follow the “Ottaviano” arrow on the street lamp
• Then left again (as ordered)
• Near the Pharmacy, turn right despite the entry ban (does not apply to hotel guests) – into Monte Cassino Street
• The hotel is on the right side of Monte Cassino street, large neon sign. We will provide information about the hotel parking lot at the reception

Hotel Ottaviano is located closest to the city ferry crossing (access to the city center) and ferry crossings to Sweden and Germany. You will quickly and easily get to the Ottaviano Hotel★★★. No other Hotel in the city provides such a location.

After opening the tunnel, Bielik ferries continue to run, transporting cyclists, pedestrians and cars. There are no more queues. Ferries run every 30 minutes and are free. If you don’t want to use the tunnel, you can still use the City Ferry, it is closer to the hotel from the ferry than from the tunnel.

After crossing with the ferry, go straight along Armii Krajowej Street – about 300 meters. Near the pharmacy, turn right despite the entry ban (does not apply to hotel guests) – into Monte Cassino Street.

Drivers can reach the hotel via German roads, omitting the ferry crossing. Therefore, you should drive towards Szczecin – more specifically Radziszewo towards Kołbaskowo. Entry into Świnoujście is possible via Ahlbeck or Garz. On the map below we present the access from Kołbaskowo to Świnoujście via Garz.

About 5 km beyond Międzyzdroje, near Łunowo, there is a roundabout. There is a sign directing you to the ferry crossing. Since the launch of the tunnel, Karsibór Ferries are only available to vehicles with hazardous materials, oversized vehicles and harness vehicles. You will find current information here.

Option 1 (closer):

• After leaving the roundabout, continue straight on Pomorska Street to the ferry crossing
• Karsibór crossing (free) – ferry timetable » 
• After the ferrycrossing, continue straight until the intersection with Kontradmirała Włodzimierza Steyera Street (approx. 5.3 km)
• Turn right into Kontradmirała Włodzimierza Steyera Street, which turns into Ignacy Daszyńskiego Street, which turns into Wybrzeże Władysława IV Street
• Continue along Daszyńskiego Street – the street turns into Wybrzeże Wladyslawa IV
• Keep in the left lane, then turn left (before the taxi stop- the parking lot) – follow the “Ottaviano” arrow on the street lamp
• Then left again (as ordered)

• Drive straight on Grunwaldzka Street through two traffic lights
• Then, after the traffic lights, turn right into Steyera Street, which turns into Daszyńskiego Street
• Continue along Daszyńskiego Street – the street turns into Wybrzeże Wladyslawa IV
• Keep in the left lane, then turn left (before the taxi stop – parking lot) – follow the “Ottaviano” arrow on the street lamp
• Then turn left again (as ordered)
• Near the Pharmacy, turn right despite the ban (does not apply to hotel guests) – into Monte Cassino Street

Our guests are offered the possibility to use a parking lot. The cost per night is 70 PLN. We do not accept earlier reservations for the parking lot. The parking lot is located at the back of the building – the receptionist will provide you with an access map:

• From Monte Cassino Street, turn right into Bohaterów Września Street
• On Bohaterów Września Street look for the entrance gate between the buildings on the right side marked below on the map as Gate 2 (about 40 meters from the crossroads with B.Chrobrego Street)
• While you are in the gate, turn right and go straight ( along the slabs ) to the gate of the hotel parking lot – see the photo below

• Note ! If you bypass Gate 2, go to the crossroads with B.Chrobrego street and turn right
• After about 100m at the height of Galeria Plus, turn right into the gate / courtyard between the buildings. ( on the street lamps are our signs Hotel Ottaviano )
